CKD6180/2000 CNC Lathe

This machine tool features an integral floor-mounted bed and flexible operation. It can realize automatic indexing of the tool post to complete continuous processing of multiple working steps. The computer can also store processing programs for various parts, allowing for convenient selection. The dimensional accuracy of the processed parts can reach IT7, and the surface roughness can reach Ra1.6μm.

It is suitable for processing tasks such as turning inner circles, outer circles, end faces, tapers, threads, grooving, and chamfering. It has strong applicability to the frequent and alternating processing of small and medium batches, multiple varieties, and multiple specifications of similar parts.
