On January 17, 2025, the PUHLER Group's 2024 Year-End Summary and Commendation Conference, as well as the 2025 Work Conference, were successfully convened. This conference was held simultaneously in both online and offline formats, with the group company's leadership, middle managers, and representatives of award-winning employees gathering together. They comprehensively reviewed the achievements and shortcomings of the group's work over the past year and jointly mapped out the development blueprint for 2025.

     The meeting pointed out that in 2024, the Group actively responded to industry policy adjustments and market uncertainties. Guided by the thought of socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era, the Group closely focused on the strategic goal of “3312,” optimized its strategic development layout, strengthened internal management, enhanced core competitiveness, and achieved steady growth in scale and benefits. The year 2025 marks the concluding year of the 14th Five-Year Plan and is a crucial year for the Group to further deepen its breakthroughs and achieve high-quality, leapfrog development. The Group will continue to take innovation-driven development as its core, optimize internal management, increase innovation and reform, cultivate key talents, and adhere to the principles of “seeking progress while maintaining stability” and “seeking change while maintaining stability,” in order to push all business areas to new heights.

Reviewing 2024 and looking forward to 2025, the heads of various business units and functional departments analyzed and summarized their work in terms of business development, project advancement, and team building in 2024. They identified problems and shortcomings in their work and proposed measures and suggestions for improvement, providing ideas and direction for the work in the coming year. Meanwhile, the Group's leadership commented on each area based on their respective responsibilities and actual work, highlighted the strengths, and carefully planned the work objectives for 2025, striving to make a good start and take solid steps in the new year.

At the conference, the Group issued the "Military Oath" to each business unit and functional department, clarifying the business targets for the year 2025 and signing the "Target Responsibility Agreement". Each Military Oath carries significant responsibility and mission, and every signature represents a firm commitment. The team leaders signed with solemnity, fully aware of the weight of their responsibilities. The oath-taking slogans echoed throughout the venue, showcasing the spirited and upward-looking demeanor of PUHLER employees and their fearless courage to take on challenges. At the conclusion of the meeting, Group Chairman Lei Limeng delivered a summarizing speech. He began by extending his warmest congratulations to the employees who had been commended and expressed his heartfelt gratitude to all PUHLER members working diligently across various lines of business. He also conveyed his sincere New Spring Festival greetings and New Year’s message to all employees:


No matter the economic ups and downs, the tide of the times never ceases to flow. We are living in an era of great integration, where diversification, coupling, and resonance are intertwined. We must not only have the wisdom to understand the times but also the courage to embrace opportunities.

Over the past few years, we have kept pace with the development of the times and closely aligned with national policies. We have continuously improved our industrial and strategic layouts, and the business map of the Group has continued to expand. Moving forward, we must build on this foundation, remain steady and grounded, and deepen and strengthen our efforts. We must continuously improve the quality of our products and services and enhance our core competitiveness.

At the same time, we must firmly adhere to our long-term strategic goals, carefully assess the changes in national strategic needs, and plan for greater development space. No winter is insurmountable, and no spring will fail to arrive. The more we are in a turbulent and unbalanced era, the more we must maintain strategic resolve and patience. We must not be blinded or disturbed by short-term trends. We must return to our original aspirations and ask ourselves about PUHLER's vision: to become a world-leading provider of solutions for CNC machine tools and grinding and dispersion systems.

We must always focus on the "3312" strategic goals and the strategic target of being the first stock in the domestic nano-grinding field. Only with persistent effort can we enhance our resilience to navigate through economic cycles.

Faced with the year 2025, full of opportunities and challenges, we must adopt the mindset of "spurring forward without the need for a whip." We must confront our goals directly, be willing to take the initiative, strengthen our confidence in the face of "danger" and "opportunity," deepen reforms in the context of "time" and "trend," and march towards the company's established goals!
